The double latch is required for anything in transit, like inside a van, a trailer or a truck bed. Single latches are for walls that stay put. Never mount any Cargo Clamp on the outside of a vehicle.

Measure first: measure across the handle where the clamp will hold it and pick the closest size. It should sit snug, and the latch should close without forcing.
Single latches for walls that stay put. The double latch for anything that rides in a vehicle, mounted inside the truck bed or cargo area only. Every tool hangs heads up, ready to grab.
Scenes are 3D renders built from our actual clamp and rail design files.
Screw it to a stud, or to a 1×4 board at minimum. Each rail has a male and a female end, so you can line up more rails to extend the spine.
Screw it upright into a wall stud, then slide a clamp in from the top.
Slide each clamp into the open end of the rail; its base rides in the channel. Then fit the end caps on both ends so they can't slide out.
Everyday grab-and-go: garage, shed, pantry and closet walls.
To release: push back on the lip and lift the latch. Never pry it open with a tool.
Required for items in transit, like inside a van or truck bed.
To release: flip the lever out first, then push back on the lip and lift the latch.

Inventor Brian S. Condie of Aurora, Colorado was building ramps for remote-control cars: rigs up to 20 pounds that hit 80 mph. He wanted a ramp he could put together in under a minute and carry in a three-foot duffle, and he needed a way to lock the pieces together without drilling holes.
Nothing on the market did it, so he designed his own clamp in CAD. That clamp grew into the patented Cargo Clamp system you see here: clamps, rails and caps that hold tools, pipe, poles and gear in the garage, the closet, the trailer and the truck.
